What is Meditation

Meditation is not really a practice although some people do practice it. So Meditation is rather a time of doing the opposite of what we usually do most of the time. We're constantly doing this or that, we're almost always doing, whether it be working or running, reading or writing, typing, fixing, calculating, my point is we're doing stuff... Meditation on the other hand is a way for us to balance all that doing with Consciously Just Being ( Non-doing), this actually is the meditative state of just being present to this moment... Conscious Unconsciousness Mind.
I know might seem like a tall order for most of us, so imagine this for a moment... Can your unconscious now imagine that you're with the person you love the most in this world... or maybe its a place or a pet... someone you can simply just sit there in each others company, in each others PRESENCE and begin to feel what that feels like now... notice what you might see and hear... and you might just notice that you... begin to feel good now... and as you do that now... can you notice that feeling good now is our natural state... it is the state of PRESENCE or meditation...an intricate part of ourselves, our very NATURE...That's Right... That's meditation.

Reflections four you too enjoy twoday... ;) That's Right...

While you read now, you might start to notice that you begin to feel good now and the rest of your days become easier and easier, as you continue to enjoy even more love, gratitude and abundance in your life..

-The most important trip you’ll make in life is the trip into meditation, where you go nowhere.

-Love is what is left when you've let go of all the things you love.

-What is more important than where we are standing on the path, is the direction we are looking.

-To divide time into parts is like building walls and calling it space. It is only in the mind that they are divisible.

-Too much food for thought will give you an upset mind.

Create your Moments.

Constant Change

Welcome into the new year if i haven't already wished you all the love and abundance that the universe is offering... and let's begin... shall we...

Think about yourself for a moment... and Think about who you think you are... and Now begin to notice that who you think you are is an idea... a static representation of all your collections of memories and moments... right...
the thing is you may have left out the fact that you are also energetic and organic constantly learning and growing nature that you are aswell...
keeping this in mind, you may have already begun to notice the constant flow of energy, breaths, pulses, beats and moments that are rushing through and past you... mind you, at a deeper level this could be what you already understand and know to be true... and so you can let this moment flow easily into the next, can't you? And the more you do so, the easier and easier your moments get, don't they?

create your moments
