When you feel angry, depressed or sad; what does it take for you to realise that YOU are in control of how you feel or do you find that you need something to happen to cheer you up or change your mood? How long does it take you to regain mental and emotional balance when things are not going according to plan? Have you ever been in a situation that you’ve noticed that being angry or sad or depressed wasn’t helping you and you couldn’t change or just didn’t want to change your focus?
